Jennifer received her BS in
Mechanical Engineering from Texas
Tech University. She has been involved in a number of facets
of offshore and onshore engineering including commercial negotiations,
proposal management, conceptual engineering, new technology identification, subsea detail design, fabrication, installation, training
- technical and business management, onshore facilities maintenance and
project management. Her technical experience includes subsea
pipeline design, installation, reliability and subsea
training. Jennifer’s career interests
have overlapped into leadership roles with professional societies such as
President – Society Women Engineers Houston Area, Chairman – Society of
Petroleum Engineers Gulf Coast Section and recognition by the Houston Area
Engineering community as the 2003 Young Engineer of the Year and the Society
of Petroleum Engineers International, 2004 Outstanding Young Member. Her current leadership roles representing
Chevron include the OTC Program Committee co-chairman, Chevron’s Society of
Women Engineers recruiting team lead and corporate member and Society of
Petroleum Engineers Women’s Network Management Advisor.
