CALIBRATING A ROVERBOT

OBJECTIVES:

Students:

  • build and program a LegoTM Mindstorms Roverbot to travel for a given amount of time;
  • gather data on time versus distance traveled to determine a calibration constant for their robot which relates time to distance.
