The program will consist of a presentation by Ms. Sigel regarding using experts in litigation projects, allowing time for questions, and a light meal and refreshments. Ms. Sigel is a partner in Jenner & Block’s Chicago office. She is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Climate and Clean Technology Law Practice and a founding member of the Firm’s Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Law Practice. Her national practice focuses primarily on environmental, climate change, and safety and health matters, including counseling, and litigation issues. She regularly represents clients in complex environmental common law, Superfund, and cost recovery actions.
