The Central Florida Section of the Society of Women Engineers is a branch of the National organization serving Central Florida. The primary purpose of SWE is to help girls and women become aware of the opportunities available to them in engineering and engineering-related careers. SWE also supports the efforts of women engineers and informs the public of their accomplishments.

SWE Central Florida is a networking group of women representing various technical fields from a variety of companies in the Central Florida area. Our section hosts different events each month to allow members to network and to also get involved in the community.
