Calling for sponsors for the Engineer's Ball -

  • Event Description
    February 15th, Sheraton, Iowa City
    SWE-ECI will be hosting an Engineer's Ball in honor of Eweek. The program comprises of our keynote speaker's address, followed by a formal dinner and dance. This fundraiser is geared to increase funds to help organize technical, professional development, networking, outreach and educational events for the next fiscal year.

  • Sponsorship Rates
    Each sponsorship includes a ticket to the event.
    Gold Sponsorship - $500
    Includes Ticket and Advertisement.
    • Silver Sponsorship - $300
    Includes Ticket, Advertisement and Company information as table centerpiece.
    Bronze Sponsorship - $150
    Includes Ticket, Advertisement, Company information as table centerpiece and on wall in banquet hall.

  • Advertisement for your company
    SWE-ECI will include your company logo in all our advertisements related to this event
    Your company logo will be featured on our website under the Sponsors for the event, in the invitations for the event to our mailing list, our newsletter and through other avenues that SWE-ECI may use to promote the event.

How can you sponsor an event -

  • Choose one or more events
    You can sponsor one of our already planned events listed on the Upcoming Events page or can request to sponsor specifically for a particular avenue like Technical, Professional Development, Outreach, Educational, etc. If you are unclear about the specific event your company would like to sponsor, SWE-ECI can work with you to find an event that is aligned with your company's outreach goals.
