High School Engineering Mentor Program
SWE-ECI is extremely ecstatic to extend an invitation to local high-school students interested in Engineering and other related fields to this program. Both SWE-ECI and our Mentors understand the importance in guiding our community's future engineers, scientists, and mathematicians. This program focuses on career guidance for high school students throughout the school year.
High-School Mentor Program Presentation
Students and Mentors meet monthly to discuss various topics related to engineering. SWE-ECI arranges the first and last meetings and provides monthly packets to aid in discussion. The remaining monthly meeting times should be scheduled between the student and the mentor accommodating both of their schedules. Mentees are welcome and encouraged to include their parents in the mentoring process.

Middle School Science Program
This program is geared to introduce middle schoolers to science and engineering. Professionals that are working in industry introduce engineering in the classroom through discussions and demonstrations.
SWE-ECI is currently looking for volunteers to participate in this program. Each volunteer would require to go to a middle school and talk to students regarding engineering in industry and encourage students to consider engineering as their future profession.
