2. Section Goals and Progress
List Section Goals and report progress to them.
3. Section Activities
Summarize your Section's activities, accomplishments or items of
interest since the last report,
aligning them with the goals of SWE. This summary may be used for
Region minutes,
Directors BoD Report, or Region Newsletter.
A. Leadership
Highlight any leadership activities
B. Education
List any Career Guidance activities
C. Visibility
Provide details of visibility activity
D. Diversity
Include diversity activities include family issues, gender issues,
cultural issues.
E. Vitality
Discuss Section vitality, membership drives, newsletter activity,
etc.
4. Schedule of Activities:
Provide a list of scheduled events
5. Roster changes and updates:
Identify any roster changes to your officers. (Review the Region
Roster for accuracy).
Be sure to inform Headquarters of these changes. (If you include
your entire roster, highlight any changes.)
In the Annual Summary Report include incoming roster.
4. Issues, Motions, Recommendations:
Identify any issues for the Region or the Society to address.
If you have a motion, please provide a formal motion (I move
that...) including any discussion pro and con.
Use attachments if necessary.
5. Recommended Speakers or Topics
If you have any speakers or topics that were well received and would
like to recommend them to other sections please include them here.
Section Representatives should include any information they
to want to give to the Region F Director as well as the rest
of the board. The Director will filter the information as appropriate,
including handling any issues at the region level, and passing others
along which are relevant to the board as a whole.
E-mail the report and send any questions concerning this
procedure to the Region F
Director. The Quarterly Section Report deadlines are shown
on the Region F Calendar.
