Required Supporter Acknowledgements
All publications, press releases, deliverables, and advertising must acknowledge SWE and the corporation funding your project. For example: "Funded by the Society of Women Engineers and the EXXON Mobil Education Foundation."
Legitimate SWE organizations may use the SWE logo. However, please request permission to use the logo of any of the corporations. For logo permission, contact the Program Development Grant committee chair for the name of the appropriate industry representative.
Remember that copies of your deliverables may be requested by and provided to the corporations funding the grants.
EXXON Mobil requires their approval of press releases for projects they fund. Joan Kuyper, SWE Deputy Director of Organizational Advancement, is the liasion with the EXXON Mobil Education Foundation.
